The Sims 4 might not have been a fan favorite since it was launched in September 2014, but it seems that it has still managed to attract a lot of activity from the community, with more than 32 million characters created in the period and 12,000 years of their lives simulated.

The development team at Maxis also says that 105 million Woohoo moments of love have been generated during the period, which is much higher than the United States real world average, and that 5.7 million babies have been born.

It also seems that the Sims are more marriage-oriented than actual players, as 40 percent of the created characters are married and just 2% of them have divorced in the game.

The infographic offers a series of other interesting details linked to The Sims 4.

Since the game was first introduced, it has also received downloadable content and patches from the development team and more is planned for the next few years.

Recently, Electronic Arts announced that it was closing down the Maxis team in Emeryville, but that studio was more focused on the development of SimCity than The Sims and it seems that the franchise will not be negatively affected in the near term.
