Sony has once again addressed the continued silence surrounding its The Last Guardian project, saying that the title is going to be reintroduced when the time is right.

The Last Guardian was revealed way back in 2010 and was set to deliver a great experience on the PlayStation 3 platform in just a few years.

Sadly, since then, not a lot of details have appeared and Sony delayed the title indefinitely.

Now, after hearing a few scarce things about the game from its creator, Fumito Ueda, Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida has revealed that he's sorry about the indefinite delay and that the game will be reintroduced when the time is right.

He promised fans, via Kotaku, that more details would be shared when Sony could adequately talk about the game.

Yoshida hasn't commented on a recent report, claiming that The Last Guardian is now in development for the PlayStation 4.
