Shuhei Yoshida, the leader of the Sony Worldwide Studios, says that he has actually played a version of the much awaited The Last Guardian, but the executive seems unable to recall on which PlayStation home console he experienced the game.

During the PS4 launch event, Yoshida was asked about the current situation of the much troubled title and said that it looked pretty and was playable, according to VG247.

Rumors suggest that Sony has moved The Last Guardian to the PlayStation 4 and that an official announcement will be made in 2014.

When he was asked about the platform on which he played the game, Yoshida said, “I don’t recall” and then added that the project was not a priority for Sony.

The Last Guardian is created by Team ICO and has apparently already gone through a number of designs.
