Officially confirmed back in late August The Elder Scrolls V: Hearthfire DLC has just been released on Steam and is now available for download for only 4,99 EUR.

This add-on brings more features to Skyrim players, allowing them to build their mansions from ground up. Players can even turn their houses into homes by adopting children.

It's not yet clear if you will be able to purchase properties in any region of Skyrim, but Bethesda mentions player can choose from property “in the salt marshes of Hjaalmarch, the forests of Falkreath, or the vast tundra of The Pale.”

The level of customization goes so far that players will be allowed to add armories, alchemy towers and trophy rooms to their homes, or even grow plants and cultivate slaughterfish in the fish hatchery.
