Take-Two Interactive, the publishing partner of Rockstar Games, has avoided talking about Agent, the studio’s PS3 exclusive title that was revealed way back in 2007 and has been shrouded in a veil of secrecy ever since.

Rockstar Games has all sorts of various internal teams spread all over the world and, while its core Rockstar North group is working on Grand Theft Auto V, other studios are also developing different games, including the long-awaited Agent title.

Sadly, while the game is presumed to still be in development, nothing has been heard of it ever since its reveal back in 2007.

Now, while presenting its financial results, Take-Two Interactive has avoided talking about Agent, saying through the voice of its CEO, Strauss Zelnick that, “We haven't announced anything about that title."

While Rockstar has notoriously long development cycles, largely because of its desire for perfection, Agent has been a long time coming and, given the fact that a PlayStation 4 is expected to be announced next year, it might not reach the PS3 before its replacement appears.
