The development team at Nintendo is ready to offer a little more details about the upcoming Super Smash Bros. on the Wii U by listing the various composers who are set to deliver the songs that will be on the soundtrack of the coming title.

A full list can be found on the official site of the game, and players can even listen to some bits and pieces.

The variety of composers involved in the process is truly impressive and involves series like Ace Combat, Katamari, Pac-Man, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Tomodachi Life, Tekken, Puzzle & Dragons, and more.

Super Smash Bros. includes a lot of characters taken from franchises that are published by or associated with Nintendo, and the soundtrack is designed to reflect the unique elements associated with each one.

The music also needs to be interesting enough to keep players engaged through a lot of battles.

At the moment, the 3DS version of the game is set to be launched in the middle of September in Japan and on October 3 in both North American and in Europe.

The Wii U version of the title is supposed to arrive before the end of the year, and there’s no cross-platform play between the two.
