14 DAY TRIAL // Back in 2005, developers Pandemic Studio launched what's now seen as one of the best games in the Star Wars series, Battlefront II.
Featuring both single and multiplayer components, Star Wars Battlefront II allows players to experience the sci-fiction saga as Jedi characters or X-Wings and TIE fighters pilots dogfighting other players.
The game has more than 16 battlefronts and many of the classic trilogy locations that players can visit, such as Dagobah, Death Star and Tantive IV. New locations are included in the game as well: Utapau, Mustafar and the epic space battle above Coruscant.
Several classes are available to choose from, plus bonus heroes characters for each of the four factions: Rebels, Imperials, CIS and the Republic.
Sadly, the online functionality of the game, including network multiplayer and wireless chat has already been disabled since May 31, 2014.
Even though Star Wars Battlefront II was discounted countless of times by now, there are still people who haven't bought it yet.
I can't stress enough that, if you are one of those people, then you shouldn't miss it today. Star Wars Battlefront II is now available on Steam for a just €2.99. Well worth the money if you ask me.
