Blizzard has confirmed that it's begun celebrating the third anniversary of its StarCraft 2 game and, in honor of the event, it's now enabled a 25% XP bonus to all players in the multiplayer mode, while unlocking all three races in the free StarCraft 2 Starter Edition.

StarCraft 2 received the Heart of the Swarm expansion earlier this year and Blizzard has since celebrated the franchise's 15-year anniversary.

Now, the studio has decided to mark the fact that three years have passed since StarCraft 2's first chapter, Wings of Liberty, was released around the world.

This third anniversary brings a 25 percent XP bonus for the multiplayer matches, as well as the ones from the Versus mode against the AI or the Training ones.

What's more, those who have the free StarCraft 2 Starter Edition can now play with all three races, not just the Terran, but also the Protoss and Zerg, according to the official blog.
