Nintendo presented at E3 2015 the next major Wii U exclusive, in the form of Star Fox Zero, which will arrive for the home console during the holiday season of 2015. A special gameplay video is also available, showcasing the all-new features of the long-awaited title.

Nintendo impressed quite a few people with its Star Fox prototype experience back at E3 2014 last year, and now, at this year's event, the Japanese company brought forth an actual game based on the long-running space flight series, in the form of Star Fox Zero.

As its name suggests, the new title doesn't fit into the established series in terms of story or adventures, so Nintendo is kicking off a brand new adventure, while still featuring space battles, protagonist Fox McCloud, and many other elements from the old games.

As you can see below in the gameplay video, Star Fox Zero displays a general image on the TV while the Wii U GamePad shows a cockpit view of what's happening. Fox's ship has different modes, from regular space-flying vessel to a walker and a few others.

Check out the impressive video below and look forward for the game's launch during the holidays of 2015 for Wii U.
