The PlayStation Vita might not be the sales powerhouse that Sony envisioned before launch, but the device offers a lot of value for its price and one leading executive believes that no gamer that bought one has been disappointed by the experience it offers.

Fergal Gara, the leader of the United Kingdom division of the company, tells Eurogamer that, “We know it might not be enormous, but it still can be a healthy business and a very nice PlayStation product. It may not be everybody who's got one, but show me someone who has one and is disappointed.”

Sony is launching a new Slim version for its handheld in the UK on February 7, designed to be lighter, slimmer and to offer more battery life.

The Vita is also being promoted as the perfect companion device for the PlayStation 4, but no bundle featuring both has been announced so far.
