Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has been delayed once more, as developer City Interactive now wants to release the game on January 15, 2013.

The original Sniper: Ghost Warrior didn’t exactly break sales records, so City Interactive wants to deliver an improved experience with the upcoming sequel.

Fans already admired it through several videos and screenshots and even coped with a recent delay, which pushed the game back from its initial August release to October.

Now, another delay has been made, with City Interactive confirming that Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is now going to be released on January 15, 2013, for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

No reason has been given for the delay, but you can bet that the Polish studio wants to avoid the crowded winter holiday season and release its title after all the large games have already appeared.
