A user overhauls the interface of Skyrim and makes it much more enjoyable

Another day, another brilliant mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, as a clever user has managed to completely overhaul the interface of the massive role playing game made by Bethesda.

While Skyrim’s user interface works pretty well with console controllers, it’s a clunky mess to operate on the PC, with a mouse and keyboard, so players have tried to modify it and make it more manageable for quite some time.

Now, a crafty user has come up with the SkyUI mod, which drastically improves the regular interface of the game on the PC by making it more manageable through the use of larger tables that can be sorted by multiple criteria, including name, weight or value.

You can also notice from the screenshot above that the categories are now spread horizontally at the top of the screen, so you no longer need to keep scrolling to reach every single group of items. What’s even more important is that you even have a search box, which makes it even easier to spot a critical piece of equipment or item in your inventory.
