Bethesda has just confirmed that it's updated the high-definition texture pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on the PC platform, adding support for better textures on the game's different expansions, like the recent Dragonborn, as well as Dawnguard or Hearthfire.

Skyrim came out back in 2011 and delivered a sprawling RPG experience on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.

On the PC, however, Bethesda has released many more updates and even a special High Definition texture pack that improved the visual quality of the game.

Now, the studio has confirmed that the HD pack has been updated and now brings better textures for Skyrim's different expansions, including Dragonborn, which was just released earlier this week, as well as for Dawnguard and Hearthfire, which came out last year.

As always, Bethesda recommends Skyrim owners who get the texture pack to have a beefier system with a video that card that has at least 1GB of memory.
