The development team at Harebrained Schemes working on Shadowrun Returns announces that its new Berlin campaign is set for a delay to January 2014, after being initially planned for launch in October.

In an update on the Kickstarter page, the studio explains, "we've decided to spend more time on Berlin to create an experience closer to the size of Dead Man’s Switch."

Harebrained wants to make the game world of Berlin bigger than previously announced, with more factions, characters, weapons to use and NPCs to interact with.

At the same time, players will now have to option to choose which runs to complete first and which factions to work for.

Berlin will also have a different feel because of its European heritage.

More options will also be added to other Shadowrun archetypes and all the new content will also be offered in the game editor for all fans to use in their own custom campaigns.
