Information is coming from the NeoGAF forums and a number of industry insiders seem to believe it is genuine.
It’s unclear how a sale would affect the future of the Saints Row series.
The same sources are saying that Ubisoft is interested in more than one franchise from THQ, including Darksiders and South Park: The Stick of Truth.
South Park Studios is currently trying to halt the auction sale of that particular asset.
Publisher SEGA is believed to be the main company interested in buying Relic Entertainment, the company behind Dawn of War and Company of Heroes.
