The two companies understand how to put the public first

Dusty Welch, the chief operations officer of developer Respawn Entertainment, says that his studio currently has a very good relationship with publisher Electronic Arts, which has contributed to the success of Titanfall and will continue to evolve in the future.

He tells CVG that, “I find it really encouraging that EA, under its new chief executive Andrew Wilson, is talking about putting the player first. It's great to talk about it, but we're seeing that at EA now.”

Apparently, the same consumer first approach was also implemented at Activision, which is a familiar company for some Respawn veterans because they worked under its leadership when they were part of Infinity Ward.

Titanfall is an intellectual property that is entirely owned by the development team and rumors are suggesting that the company is already exploring potential ideas for a sequel.

At the moment, the title is offered on the Xbox One from Microsoft, the PC and the older 360.

Respawn has already said that there are another two downloadable content packs, filled with maps, which will be offered for the shooter later in the year.

The studio will also continue to offer regular updates that introduce new modes, like Marked for Death, balance the weapons and introduce more Burn Cards to use.
