Developer and publisher Capcom is less than a month away from launching Resident Evil HD on PlayStation 4 in Japan, which is why it is trying to raise the hype surrounding the upcoming remake.

In recent news posted on Resident Evil HD official website, Capcom confirmed that the game would be launched in Japan on January 20, 2015, and that those who pre-order it are entitled to receive a special theme for free.

One of the images showing what the PlayStation 4 special theme given for free to players who pre-order Resident Evil HD looks like, also reveals a Resident Evil Zero game icon.

The icon is placed on the PlayStation 4 menu, which suggests that Capcom plans to release a remaster of Resident Evil Zero in the coming months.

Unfortunately, apart from the icon in the PS4 theme, there aren’t any details on Capcom already working on Resident Evil Zero HD, but if the information proves to be accurate and not just some design mistake, then we should have more details soon.

Resident Evil Zero has been released back in 2002 on GameCube and it’s been seen as a prequel to the first Resident Evil game that launched the same year.
