Rayman Legends now has an official release date, as Ubisoft has confirmed the actual launch days for the game in different territories, namely March 1 for Europe or March 5, in North America.

Rayman Legends was supposed to be one of the biggest third-party games for the recently released Nintendo Wii U, but Ubisoft opted to delay the puzzle platformer in order to continue polishing it for the new home console.

While a demo is already available on the Wii U, the French publisher has now revealed through a statement that the full version of Rayman Origins will be released at the beginning of March.

More specifically, Rayman Legends will be released in Europe on March 1 while North American Wii U owners will be able to get it on March 5.

As of yet, no other details are known about the launch, but you can pre-order it at a variety of retailers around the world.
