14 DAY TRIAL // Developer id Software is going to reveal some brand new things about Rage, last year’s post-apocalyptic shooter, as the studio has mentioned that it hasn’t forgotten about the game.
Rage was released last year and, while it was a competent shooter and racing game hybrid, it was plagued by glitches and problems on the PC as well as on consoles.
Since then, owners of the game have awaited some new content to arrive from id Software, but the developer has kept its future Rage plans under a shroud of secrecy.
Now, the studio’s Director, Sam Willits, has confirmed that id hasn’t forgotten about Rage and that “a few things” will be announced soon.
"We haven't forgotten about the title, and as soon as we have more news, we will definitely announce it," he told GameReactor.
Bethesda and id Software registered a trademark on the Rage: Scorches name earlier this year, prompting many to speculate that this might be a DLC, but nothing has been heard of it since then.
