The development team at Obsidian working on Project Eternity announces that it is delaying the launch of the Backer Portal while also delivering some new pieces of artwork to show fans what they have been working on.

Brandon Adler, a producer working on the role-playing game, writes on the official forums that, “We wanted to make sure that we had a full staff on board to solve any technical issues that might arise on the site during its launch. We are just as excited as you are for the Backer Portal and we want to make sure it has a smooth release.”

The pieces of artwork that Obsidian is showing reveal a wilderness area that was attacked by drakes, a glimpse of the city of Twin Elms, The Endless Paths of Od Nua and a group of trolls.

Project Eternity is set to be launched in 2014 and has been created using resources from Kickstarter backers.
