Developer Introversion Software has recently announced that their still Early Access Game Prison Architect has sold 1 million copies. Along with the announcement, the British dev has decided to release yet another major update that brings lots of improvements and bug fixes.

Among the changes included in Alpha 29, there are quite a few based on the feedback received from players. A major improvement is the fact that all prisoners are now granted a parole hearing when they reach 50% of their sentence, and another 75%. In order to achieve that, players will have to build a Parole Room, and start the Parole Program.

Some financial rewards have been added as well. For example, if a prisoner is paroled early and does not re-offend, players will receive a bonus of $3,000. If he does re-offend, then players will be fined $10,000 (when the prisoner leaves the map).

A new Chapel room has been added where prisoners can go. It comes with new furniture like pews, prayer mat and altar. There's also a new reform program called Spiritual guidance. Prisoners can attend this program as many times as they wish.

Make sure you check out the full list of changes on Steam. Additionally, you can watch the video below for more details on what each of these new changes does.
