The guys over at Wormwood Studios have just released a demo for their indie game Primordia, which is also part of Steam’s Project Greenlight.

The game is expected to be released on December 5, but it’s unclear whether it will make it on Steam or not. It appears that Valve has decided not to take the game directly and advised devs to go through its Project Greenlight system instead.

Primordia is an indie adventure set in a post-apocalyptic world where players take the role of Horatio Nullbuilt, a robot in search for the energy source stolen by a rogue droid.

The game features an epic storyline about the extinction of the human race, optional puzzles, voiceover work starring fan-favorite Logan Cunningham from the highly-acclaimed Bastion title.

The Primordia free demo for PC is now available for download via Softpedia. Check it out here.
