Nintendo has registered an official trademark for Pokemon Delta Emerald in Japan recently, which suggests that the company might be getting ready to announce yet another remake, following the launch of Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.

The two new titles will be delivered on the 3DS handheld in November of this year and the development team has said that it plans to deliver enhanced gameplay and better graphics than were included in the original releases.

Gematsu has spotted the trademark, but Nintendo has not offered any comment on the reveal.

Pokemon is one of the most important series of video games on the 3Ds platform and the company has alternated the launch of entirely new experiences with remakes that are designed to take advantage of the nostalgia of the player base.

Traditionally, the Pokemon titles are launched in pairs, but Delta Emerald might be a single release that will be offered shortly after Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby are out.

Until then, gamers who love the Pokemon series can take part in a range of tournaments that will take place during the summer season all over the world.

At the same time, fans have been asking Nintendo to create an official game based on the series for the Wii U home console, but none has been announced yet.
