The development team at High Moon Studios and publisher Activision have announced that both Peter Cullen and Greg Berger, the legendary voices of Optimus Prime and Grimlock known for the core animated television series, have lent their talent to the upcoming Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.

Peter Della Penna, the studio head of High Moon Studios, stated, “This is the definitive Transformers video game, and we absolutely had to have these iconic voices onboard in order tell this story.

“Because it’s an origins story, we were able to explore some of the coolest characters in the lore for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, and then go after the best and most authentic voice talent possible to do the franchise right.”

The rest of the Cybertron voice cast includes the likes of: Nolan North for Bruticus, Cliffjumper, Brawl, Troy Baker for Jazz, Jetfire and Kickback, Fred Tatasciore for Megatron, Ratchet and Metroplex, Steve Blum for Shockwave, Swindle and Sharpshot and Isaac Singleton for Soundwave.
