Blizzard continues to deliver footage from the upcoming Overwatch video game and this time around the development team is inviting gamers to watch an unedited clip from the title that focuses on the character Symmetra and her unique set of powers.

She can bend reality to her will, and the footage features gameplay taken from the Hanamura map, where she is aiming to take a defensive posture in partnership with Tracer, which was also recently showcased.

The mode used is Point Capture, and the entire clip is offered in 1080p and running at 60 frames per second.

Overwatch is at the moment in alpha and Blizzard has plans to move in to beta testing before the end of the year, with a small number of players invited to try out the core mechanics.

The company wants to make its new title a mix between first-person action and some elements taken from the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena genre.

The experience will presumably be entirely free-to-play, with gamers asked to pay for access to some characters and costumes.

The company is running a BlizzCon event later in the year, and that seems like a good time to make Overwatch available to a larger group of players.
