Nintendo has confirmed that it's going to release a special Wii U Party game later this summer that's filled with all sorts of activities that should entertain owners of the Wii U console and their friends.
The Wii Party title has reached impressive sales and entertained plenty of Wii owners by encompassing many addictive mini-games on a single disc.
Now, it seems that Nintendo wants to continue this trend and deliver a special Wii U Party game later this summer for its new home console.
According to Nintendo president Satoru Iwata, via CVG, the new game is going to feature different activities that take advantage of the new device, including the special Wii U GamePad.
Other players can jump into certain mini-games by using Wii remotes so the game is once again geared towards local multiplayer experiences.
As of yet, no other details are known about Wii U Party so expect to hear a lot more in the near future.
