The company might also create new series based on its IP

Nintendo is not widely known for creating new games or products based on the demands of its fans, but they seem to have also jumped on the survey trend, with a new online set of questions offered for those members of its extensive community who have about 25 minutes to kill and a strong opinion about the company.

The questions are mostly linked to social media and seem to point to a few new initiatives that will soon launch in order to improve communication between the company and its clients.

The biggest issue with the survey is that it asks gamers to actively list elements they like and dislike about each social channel that Nintendo might use to interact with its fans.

There’s also a section linked to the Amiibo figurines, but it’s unclear whether Nintendo is trying to gather data on how to handle future launches or is simply aiming to see whether the community is ready for more of them.

At the moment, the Wii U is lagging behind the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 in terms of sales and will probably be unable to gain any ground in the coming year, despite the launch of the open world Legend of Zelda.
