Nintendo has confirmed that it's going to take down the Nintendo Network today, January 28, until tomorrow, January 29, for emergency maintenance, and meanwhile things like online services for Pokemon Black and White 1 and 2 or Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper will be unavailable.

Nintendo's online Network has become an integral part of the Wii U and 3DS platforms, offering owners access to different services, ranging from the eShop to the support for multiplayer experiences.

Sadly, between January 28 and January 29, Nintendo has confirmed that it's taking down certain parts of the Network for "emergency maintenance."

Between 11pm PST on January 28 and 5pm PST on January 29, online services for Pokemon Black and White 1 and 2 will be affected by this maintenance.

Between 12pm and 5pm PST on January 28, the eShop for the 3DS and Wii U will be down, while the Shopping Channels for the Wii and DSi will also be unavailable.

Between 5pm and 6pm on January 28, online matchmaking and ranking for Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper will also be affected.

As of yet, the nature of this emergency is unclear.
