New Splinter Cell: Blacklist Video Focuses on the Visual Style and Art Direction

Light and shadow play big roles in the upcoming shooter

Ubisoft has posted a brand new Splinter Cell: Blacklist video, this time focusing on the game's art direction and its visual style, featuring input from Art Director Scott Lee.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist is the next big game in the stealth series made by Ubisoft, featuring a return to the classic mechanics of the franchise and once again letting players control master spy extraordinaire: Sam Fisher.

We already got to admire quite a few behind the scenes videos of Splinter Cell: Blacklist, but now Ubisoft has released a brand new trailer that takes a look at the artistic direction of the game.

The footage, available above, also features input from Blacklist's Art Director, Scott Lee, who shares his thoughts on the visual style of the game and how both light and shadow will play a huge role in helping players in their stealthy encounters.

The video features a lot of gameplay sequences, so check it out above and get ready for the release of Splinter Cell: Blacklist early next year for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
