Konami has confirmed that, after the day-one patch for PES 2014 this week, it's going to deploy another update that will improve the matchmaking of the online mode and add new multiplayer features.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 is the latest installment in Konami's popular football simulator series and has just been rolled out worldwide by the Japanese company.

Alongside it, a day-one patch was released and it added lots of missing features, like Friendly Match Lobby, Ranking Match and Master League Online.

Now, Konami has confirmed through a statement that another patch will debut in the following weeks to add a better matchmaking system that ensures players of similar value are placed in a match.

Other support features for the multiplayer will also be included, so look forward to hearing the actual release date of the patch.
