Sony has released yet another God of War: Ascension video, this time showing off the creation process behind an area called The Desert of Lost Souls.

God of War: Ascension promises to deliver a bold new experience that shows the series’ protagonist Kratos before he became the Ghost of Sparta, while delivering a multiplayer mode that’s a first for the franchise.

In order to get the hype going around the game before the release of the multiplayer beta, Sony Santa Monica has now posted a fresh video with the hack and slash title, this time showing off the creation process responsible for one of the key areas in the game – The Desert of Lost Souls.

As you can see in the footage above, the area has evolved since its original inception in a variety of ways and might even suffer other modifications before God of War: Ascension is released in March for the PS3.

Until then, look forward to the multiplayer beta that starts this winter.
