14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Infinity Ward is delivering a new screenshot for its upcoming first-person shooter Call of Duty: Ghosts, which features a mysterious shotgun that is probably connected to the story of the game.
Via Twitter, the developers state, "What significance could this old shotgun have in #CODGhosts? Reply if you think you know! pic.twitter.com/ZwpZm2T731."
The fan community is not yet offering any guesses.
Infinity Ward and publisher Activision have been very mysterious about the story of Ghosts.
The game will see the United States defeated in a conflict that seems to involve nuclear weapons and ten years later, just the Ghost special forces continue to fight a yet unnamed enemy force.
The game will be launched on November 5 on the PC and on home consoles all over the world.
