14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Criterion and publisher Electronic Arts reveal how the Wii U version of the racing game will expand the scope of the series via a new Co-Driver mechanic that can be activated using the GamePad and the Wii Remote.
The development team states, “You can activate boost, adjust cop difficulty and change mods using the Wii U GamePad, as they race their way to the top of the Most Wanted list!”
Need for Speed: Most Wanted is designed to reboot the classic city driving experience and the Criterion team has done a great job of mixing ideas from their Burnout series with the core mechanics of the EA franchise.
Racing is fast and engaging and the handling model is forgiving enough to allow for some truly impressive maneuvers.
The events themselves are also well designed and immersive.
