The long-awaited installment in the popular series hits the Wii U this March

Capcom has just confirmed the release date for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, revealing that the game will hit the Wii U on March 19, in North America, and March 22, in Europe.

Monster Hunter games have gained a cult-like following all over the world, particularly in Capcom's native Japan, so Nintendo is quite thrilled that the latest installment – Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate – will be released exclusively for the Wii U.

Now, Capcom has just revealed a brand new trailer for the game and also confirmed that Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will be released on the Wii U on March 19, in North America, and March 22, in Europe.

The game will feature all sorts of new monsters, quests, and upgrades for the player’s skills.

It can be played alone or online with up to four players on the Wii U, but you can also play locally by using up to four Nintendo 3DS systems or a combination of up to three Nintendo 3DS systems and one Wii U console.
