14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Pinkerton Road, led by well-known adventure game developer Jane Jensen, is releasing a new trailer for its upcoming Moebius title, designed to show off the world of the game and offer details about the story progression.
The images are based on the alpha build of Moebius, which the team has already distributed to those who have backed the game on the Kickstarter crowd-funding service.
The small group will be able to play the alpha and offer feedback to the Pinkerton Road development team, improving the quality of the final release.
Moebius will tell the story of Malachi Rector, the most capable antiquities expert in the world, who is called upon to investigate the death of a politician’s wife in Venice, which involves historic elements.
The protagonist with a photographic memory is soon involved in a deep conspiracy, with classic adventure game mechanics used to help him clear puzzles and make progress.
