Metro: Last Light is set to come out in May, and developer 4A Games has just confirmed that it will then receive not one, but five different story-based downloadable add-ons.

The developer says that these add-ons might even be included in a Season Pass.

Metro: Last Light is going to appear next month, but developer 4A Games, together with the new publisher of the game, Deep Silver, haven't revealed that many details, except for a series of gameplay videos.

Now, as part of a special interview, via NeoGAF, the studio has apparently confirmed that it's going to launch a whopping five downloadable content packs that will take story missions from the game and present them from the point of view of other characters.

These expansions were imagined after the game was complete, so fans shouldn't worry about any cut content from the full experience.

While a Season Pass has yet to be confirmed, 4A isn't ruling it out.
