Admire the ruins of Moscow and its subway tunnels in these new images

Metro: Last Light has just received a brand new batch of screenshots that show off both the subway tunnels underneath Moscow, where most of the action takes place, as well as the ruins of the once famous city that have been ravaged by nuclear explosions.

Metro: Last Light has received a wide variety of details in the last few weeks, as developer 4A Games and publisher THQ have revealed a brand new and quite impressive video, not to mention the special pre-order bonuses that will be offered to those who pre-order the game.

Now, some fresh screenshots have appeared online, via AGB, that depict some of the environments, characters, and moments of Metro: Last Light.

From the ruined buildings of Moscow, to the crowded tunnels underneath the city and their inhabitants, you can admire plenty of things in the screenshots.

Check out the images below and look forward to the release of Metro: Last Light in early 2013 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
