The development team at Kojima Productions is looking to hire project engineers for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and for the new Fox Engine that will power the new Solid Snake experience.

The company is also looking to hire a brand manager and plans to do quite a bit of recruiting at the upcoming Game Developers Conference in March.

The announcements mean that Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is moving into a new development phase and that Kojima Productions is ready to admit that the project will be linked to the coming devices from both Sony and Microsoft.

The game will offer a stealth experience, which will reveal new information about the main character’s past.

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes was revealed during 2012 and is set to arrive on next-gen home consoles and on the PC, with no suggested launch date.
