BioWare and Funimation have just released a brand new video for their upcoming Mass Effect: Paragon Lost animated movie, showing off 9 minutes of intense footage from the film that acts as a prequel for Mass Effect 3.

After the success of Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker, BioWare has once again teamed up with Funimation for the upcoming Mass Effect: Paragon Lost animated movie.

We already got to admire some footage with the film earlier this year and now a brand new video has appeared on the web, which you can admire above.

In case you forgot, Paragon Lost focuses on Alliance Marine James Vega, voiced by Freddie Prinze Jr., who must defend a human colony from the evil Collectors, the enemies from the second Mass Effect game.

The animated movie will be released on December 28, 2012, on Blu-ray and DVD, so until then you can check out this rather lengthy video above.
