During its E3 2015 press event, Electronic Arts has presented a brand new cinematic video with its upcoming Mass Effect Andromeda role-playing game, which is set to appear from its BioWare studio in holiday of 2016.

The Mass Effect series has delighted tens of millions of gamers from all around the world with its great sci-fi role-playing shooter experiences in the original trilogy.

For quite some time, BioWare's Edmonton team has been working on a brand new installment that got its initial cinematic concept video last year, at E3 2014.

Now, at E3 2015, EA presents a fresh cinematic video that shows off much more about the new role-playing game.

A new galaxy called Andromeda is explorable, and players will be able to use the new and improved Mako vehicle but also their own booster packs. The main protagonist is an N7 agent but it's unclear just what role he or she will play in the plot.

Intense combat, using both guns and even OmniTool melee attacks, is included in Mass Effect Andromeda, so expect to hear and see much more of the BioWare title in the future.

The game will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms in the winter holiday 2016 period.
