14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Gazillion Entertainment is delivering a new trailer for Marvel Heroes, which reveals that Gambit, one of the more controversial members of the X-Men, is joining the cast of the MMO.
The character hails from Bourbon Street and has a big history in the comic book universe, where he was aligned with a variety of factions before coming under the tutoring of Charles Xavier.
The team explains, “Gambit possesses the ability to convert the potential energy in an object into destructive kinetic energy. Gambit utilizes this power mostly in the form of throwing kinetically charged playing cards which explode on impact, or by super-charging his extendable bo staff.”
At the moment, Marvel Heroes has 26 superheroes, including superstars like Thor, Wolverine, the Hulk, Captain America and Iron Man.
Players are able to get access to costumes, more abilities and new heroes by simply playing the game, but they can also choose to pay to obtain their favorite content.
