14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer CI Games is delivering a new video for its upcoming Lords of the Fallen, which introduces players to the new Champion Lord and allows them to take a look at the way the combat in the title will work.
The company explains that, "Where other Lords would respectfully circle around their opponent, the easily enraged Champion will charge right into the fray with his pure brute force. He always likes to get his hands dirty, so his weapons of choice need to be close to his body, allowing him to smell the blood of his victims."
The developers also say that the bloodlust of the new enemy will make him vulnerable once his charge stops and the player is able to strike from close range.
The title is being created by a team led by the former lead of the Witcher series and he has claimed that the experience will be easy to pick up and play but hard to master, with a focus on complex combat based around combos and good use of special abilities.
Lords of the Fallen will be launched on the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PC at some point in the fall of this year.
