In order to get access to the levelled up character, gamers need to buy the Gift of the Valar for the price of 4995 Turbine Points until December 19.
Their value depends on the amount that is bought at one time, but the level 50 upgrade will cost most gamers about 60 dollars or Euro.
Those who get the Gift of the Valar in Lord of the Rings Online will also receive a piece of level 50 gear, four ranks for each virtue, a number of unique skills, a mount to ride around the MMO, 25 Mithril coins and stacks of resources.
The Turbine-made MMO is entirely free to play for those who have the time and inclination to reach level 50 on their own.
