14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Square Enix is delivering a new gameplay trailer for its upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, designed to reveal more details about the Wildlands zone of the game.
The eight-minute-long footage shows some of the gameplay mechanics of the Japanese role-playing game and the unique creatures and enemies that are part of the newly shown area of the game world.
The final title in the series is designed to take place during 12 days and will see the protagonist and some returning characters fight to save the entire game world from destruction.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be launched in Japan before the end of the year and gamers in the West will have to wait until February 2014 in order to play on the Xbox 360 from Microsoft and the PlayStation 3 from Sony.
