The team at developer Riot Games in charge of the day-to-day support for their MOBA game League of Legends says that a professional level player has received a lifetime ban from the game because he has been taken before the Tribunal nine times and failed to improve his behavior.

The affected player is known as IWillDominate and he is a member of professional level group Team Dignitas.

The official statement says, “The decision to impact someone’s career is not one we make lightly, which is why this is tough news to deliver. Unfortunately, our Tribunal recently was forced to permanently ban a pro player as a response to his persistent toxic behavior, and after closely reviewing the individual’s case and history, the Riot eSports team has issued a ruling that follows this post.”

Riot Games wants to improve the image of the League of Legends community and is not afraid to take tough action to achieve this goal.
