14 DAY TRIAL // Riot Games has just released a brand new cinematic video for League of Legends, its massively popular online battle arena title, showing off an intense fight sequence between two teams of champions.
The MOBA scene has been focused in the last few days on The International 4 tournament for Valve's Dota 2 game, especially since its final took place yesterday and saw Chinese team Newbee take home a whopping 5 million USD (3.69 million EUR).
Now, it seems that Riot Games wants to bring the spotlight back onto its League of Legends title and has just released a brand new CGI video showcasing a stellar battle between some of the most attractive and imposing champions in the online game.
The new footage, called A New Dawn, shows off two teams led by Ahri and Katarina face off in the Summoner's Rift map.
Expect to see some stellar effects added to traditional champion abilities for Rengar, Draven, Leona, Graves, or Darius, not to mention the hulking Nautilus.
Overall, the 6-minute cinematic video looks really great and will no doubt bring plenty of gamers back to the free-to-play online experience, just in time for some major changes to the Summoner's Rift map that will go live soon enough.
