Knack, the upcoming PlayStation 4 game masterminded by famous designer Mark Cerny, will have a single-player campaign that clocks in at around 10 hours, although he highlighted that there will be features to promote replayability.

Knack is one of the few family-oriented games that will appear for the PlayStation 4 at its launch, and Sony has promoted it both in February at the PS4 reveal and at E3 2013.

Now, a few more details have appeared straight from designer Mark Cerny, who talked with IGN about the game's length.

"It’s not apparent from the E3 demo, but [Knack] is a very story driven adventure," he said. "The first time through should take about ten hours, and then we have included a lot of features that make it interesting to play again."

What's more, Cerny also highlighted that the development team at Sony Japan is composed of veterans from titles like Shadow of the Colossus, Ape Escape, or even God of War 3, so the title should appeal to many gamers.
