Killer Instinct, the free-to-play fighting game available on the Xbox One console, has just received a brand new video that promotes the next addition to the Second Season of the actual game, in the form of Aganos, while teasing at the next big addition - the spooky Ghost Girl.

Killer Instinct was a hit fighting series back in the 1990s and early 2000s but the series went into disarray after the rights to the series swapped a lot of hands and owners.

For the release of the Xbox One, Microsoft grabbed the rights and went to Double Helix Games to create a free-to-play fighting game that had rotating free fights and was composed of themed updates as part of special season.

After Double Helix got acquired by Amazon, Microsoft is now working with Iron Galaxy and already it's rolled out several major updates for Killer Instinct Season 2.

The next one brings forth Aganos, the giant stone character that has use various rocky attacks against his opponents.

As you can see in the presentation video below, he also has a grudge against recent Killer Instinct addition Kan-Ra, so it seems that Iron Galaxy is also fleshing out the lore of the franchise.

The end of the trailer also confirms the next addition to the roster that's coming after Aganos, in the form of the spooky Ghost Girl.

Aganos arrives for Killer Instinct Ultra Edition owners on February 27, and for Combo Breaker Edition users on March 5.
