Avalanche Studios, the developer behind the very impressive Just Cause franchise, will release a Mad Max game in 2014 and Just Cause 3 in 2015, at least according to the resume of the studio's CEO.

Avalanche has made a name for itself by releasing some very ambitious projects over the years, including the stunning Just Cause 2, which still attracts plenty of people.

Now, after teasing its plans multiple times, the resume of Avalanche CEO Christofer Sundberg, spotted by Kotaku, has apparently confirmed the upcoming titles from the developer.

First up is an "open-world action game" based on a "well-known movie license" which has a big chance to be the video game adaptation of the upcoming Mad Max: Fury Road movie. This title is scheduled to appear in April 2014 for both current and next-gen consoles, as well as on the PC.

What's more, Sundberg's resume also confirms a "new installment in a very well-known game series," hinting heavily at Just Cause 3.

This title, however, is going to be released in June 2015 only for next-gen platforms.

As of yet, Avalanche hasn't commented on this new report.
