The Nintendo 3DS has managed to post an increase in terms of sales on the Japanese market, reaching 79,191 units delivered to gamers, just as the rest of the hardware has seen a decline. The top game was linked to the PlayStation Portable from Sony.

The PlayStation 3 is in second place, according to Japan sales data from NeoGAF, for the week that ended on September 8, selling just 13,790 devices to register a decrease of close to 7,000.

Third place belongs to the Vita, which is at the moment under the 8,000 sales mark, while the Wii U continues its long-term decline.
